Lied ripoff bad business practice repairs not done properly lost thousands of dollars

After having an F rating with BBB they were smart enough to clear things up with past complaints, not mine though, it was too costly. The wonderful things said about this shop is obviously the manager or owner trying to make this place seem reputable, always get a second opinion, if this is your only stop then money does not matter to you like it does to me.

I don't have money to waste but I wasted thousands with Platinum Wrench, the car was never right from the day I picked it up & they would not back up their work.

Extremely unsatisfied customer & financially hurt from this ordeal, it is a real shame that people can be that cold hearted.

Very nice people until you have a problem, I believe what comes around goes around & they will lose business from unsatisfied customers, word of mouth can be your worst enemy.
