Has a reputation for selling cars without providing titles afterwards, don't find out after its too late like I did

I bought the car on 1/7, now its 4/24 and I still haven't received my title. I have called the company several times over the past 3 months and each time I was told "they have been really busy and they will get to it." On one call I thought something was actually going to be done, this was about 6 weeks ago. The guy I got a hold of apologized and said that he had forgotten to file the paper work, and that he would get it done asap because there was another one that he had forgotten and needed to get filed too. Then he told me he was glad I didn't blow up at him because that's what happened the last time he didn't file the paperwork on time and he was honest with the customer.

After 3 months I have had enough, I should have taken action much sooner because the law requires that dealers file the paperwork for titles within 30 days of a sale. I filed a consumer complaint and request for investigation with the Idaho Transportation Department about 2 weeks ago and now I am just waiting for results. I even called the company and warned them that if I did not receive the title asap I would be filing the report and held off for a week from the time that I had decided to file before actually doing so.

To make matters worse the car had a cracked intake manifold that was covered up and I didn't notice it because with this type of damage it doesn't show any signs until the anti-freeze heats up. At that point the anti-freeze would flow past the crack and seep out and down on top of the number 4 spark plug causing it to misfire.
