I ordered a bumper for a Cadillac on 10/4/03. The money was debited immediately from my account.

On 10/9/03 I inquired via their phone # (no response to my e-mails) and was told the part had arrived and was shipped.

I inquired again on 10/15/03, and was told that the order was cancelled on the 14th (I did not cancel) and my account had been credited.

On 10/16/03 I checked with my bank, no credit.in this electronic age if the account had actually been credited on the 14th, the credit would have arrived at my bank.

These people are liars an maybe theives. Do not do business with them!

I wish I had checked this site prior to ordering from these people.
