Bird dog sales tactics, salesmen rip offs

My name is Patrick, I have lived in Sumter for most of my life.in February I accepted a job at Scott Will Toyota. I was told by Dan and Billy the sales managers there that I would at least get minimum wage even if I did not sell a single car. I worked up there for three weeks and they talked about customers was shocking. Buyers are liars is one of many awful things they said about customers. I was given no training and there was way too many salesmen. Whenever a customer would drive up they would run up to moving cars, and customers where bird dogged by salesmen. The lady who bought a Caddy was so badly ripped off she was crying as she got in her purchase. The sales manager had treated her very poorly. After selling two cars in a month I hung up my hat. For 98 hours of work a used 2007 Caddy and new Tundra sale I got paid $740 after $120 tax, not even minimum wage.
