Danger & Misrepresentation of Auto

My main complaint is about the safety of the car that I was sold BY A DEALER.

Safety issues

Rear

Brake cylinders were leaking & failed.
Headlamps

In front are fogged over into the plastic lens so that I cannot see at

Night except for maybe 20 ft in frontillegal, ticket, unsafe for night or

During day if it is raining or foggy
Odometer

Jumps and skips all over, making it a false reading for smog and timely

Maintenance.

Battery

Is not secured in engine compartmentflopping around
10 weeks after buying, I have not received my pink slip and have no proof of ownership!

The seller is obligated to smog vehicle before selling, but I was charged for this. When I tried to make a complaint to the salesman, he hid behind his "Sold As Is" claim. However, I believe it is ILLEGAL to sell a DANGEROUS car to anyone.
