This can be a complaint submitted using the Yellow Cab Organization of Houston and also to the Texas Attorney General:

To Whom It Might Matter:

I'm following-up on the telephone call I created at 3 P.M. For your workplace, concerning Yellow Cab #1459. Touring previous Minute Maid Park, 59 South, around 2:45 P.M., I observed the Yellow cabdriver veer in to the remaining street, making a bike driver in to the left shoulder. When I handed the driver, I discovered he was keeping his mobile phone and possibly texting or calling, but diverted nontheless. I'm processing a using the Texas Attorney General aswell. It's my perception this specific cabdriver (Yellow Cab #1459) might have murdered the driver and that I be prepared to notice of any administrative activity to be studied.
