10 Bucks always added to your bill!

I had this company change my engine oil and I purchased a battery and had it installed. The oil change was $39.95 and the battery was $99.95 plus $20.00 for installation. At the bottom of the receipt I noticed a charge of $9.60 for "Shop Supples" when I questioned the employee about it he stated "We charge every customer that" I said what the hell is it for? He said "Shop Supplies" I said what supplies did you put in my car for nearly 10 dollars? He said" Not so much the battery, but if we spilled oil on your engine, we have to wipe it up with a rag" I said then I should be taking home $9.60 worth of rags! If every customer is charged this fee, for nothing, everyone is getting ripped off!!
