Air Freshners destroys dash

I notice there are many individuals below which have experienced their Yankee Candle Air Freshners damage their splash. I put my solution air freshner about the rear-view mirror and had a cardboard candle holding about the button of radio stations. With this warm evening I came across the serum had dissolved and dripped down about the splash using a pit where it dripped actually down the leading of my stereo it burned the plastic and also the steel buttons. What's this serum - p? The cardboard freshner had gotten caught about the plastic top of the splash and burned a pit. What on the planet? I'venot approached Yankee Candle however but I intend on it and ideally they'll do something positive about it.
