Ripoff deception and fraud refused to repair an engine damaged by a defective thermstat Asuza California

My car broke down because the thermostat got stuck. Wynn's inspectors took three days to get out there and determined that I needed a new thermostat ($80.00). They refuse to pay for the damage that the defective thermostat caused ($4,100.00), my tow bill or a rental bill (all of which are covered by the "contract")

When I called them to ask about their insurance company, they say they no longer have one and would not tell me why. I found out why from a news reporter - their insurance company is now bankrupt - filed in the Cayman Islands. The reporter told me that this has left thousands of us Wynn's Extended Care customers with completely worthless warranties.

Could it get much worse? One year left to pay on the car and now I am without a ride. Four years of paying for a worthless vehicle service contract through my car note. If this is not fraud, I do not know what it is.
