Fraud, Damage, Rude

Brought my car in for a minor repair (small sunroof leak) that was said to cost between $ 60 and $ 160 and one days work, after getting the runaround for 6 days i finally got the call that it was all set. When i arrived i found the inside of the car completely destroyed, the headliner was hanging in pieces (they used duct tape) wires hanging down, sunroof and interior power no longer working, reirview mirror broken, all seats covered in grease stains, a complete mess, the car was perfect when dropped off. When i went to talk about the damage the owner became very rude and agressive and told me to pay and get out, when i tried to make payment with credit card which was discussed prior to drop off, the owner laughed and said " if i want my car its cash only". I called the local pd that said its civil and there is nothing they could do, i had to pay over $ 500 to get the car out. Besides all the damage caused it now leaks worse. Estimates at chevy dealer are at over $ 5000 and counting...
