I requested Nerf Bars for my 2009 Silverado crewcab with 6.5' container—once the product came it didn't match because it was atleast 8 - 10" too much time — I delivered them to IN as directed after which wasn't provided the option of alternative but charged A - 25% restocking fee, a $15.00 label fee, and $37.50 shipping cost— an overall total of $114.95 for a product which was requested properly and it is marketed by additional providers whilst the correct quantity such as the producer (product # 0401-0027B). Obviously I can not speak with anybody plus they have my charge card —they might declare they enjoy their client —however they certain as heck understand how to take advantage out-of their particular mistake. Exactly what a ripoff these guys are — never conduct business whit people who will rip you off like these jerks have!!!
