Sent item that did not fit and then would not give me all my money back

I ordered some nerf bars from truckaddons.com and the bars they sent me did not fit my truck. I paid $278.00 for these bars and then I had to pay $41.64 to return them.

It has now been almost a month since I returned them and they just now gave me a credit of $222.40 on my card. What happened to the rest of my money? Seems I have been penalized for buying bars that don't fit my truck.

I have contacted them by phone and they have the rudest customer service people that I have ever spoke with in my entire life. (No Joking!)

I have also emailed them several times and they will not get back to me. Don't ever buy anything from this company. If anything goes wrong with the transaction, they will not stand by it.
