The best part of this dynamic duo is that they lie about everything; I mean these guys lie about things that arent even worth lying about and than swear its the truth. They never get any paperwork filed on time or claim its lost or maybe it gets smoked up who knows. How this affects the unknowing customer is that if you buy a vehicle or take the endorsement class. You have a very good chance if not a guarantee of not getting your paperwork so you either run the chance of not getting your title or some other shady thing happening like backing out on a contract on repairs if they dont outright destroy your bike in a crude attempt to change the oil with a hammer or paying for the class and not getting your motorcycle license.
