This is the worst company I have dealt with in any field in my 60 years on the planet Earth. I have sent them the payment required for purchasing a car I have found on the internet from a private buyer that assigned them to handle the transaction. I urged them to receive the car in 3 days because I had to leave London for a very important business meeting. They said delivery in 3 days is impossible, what it wasn't true, I calculated that with 2 drivers and 24 hours non-stop driving the enlosed truck would arrive at my address as specified. They said they have to stick to some stupid rules, and that what I was proposing wasn't even safe. I gave them another option, a friend would stay at my house and receive the car, they said no, it has to be me. I had to leave for the business trip and they delivered the car next day after I left. After numerous emails and live help chats, they agreed to deliver the car to my friend but only after asking for me to confirm his name, drivers license and many other things. This company, www.wtt-shpping.com is a safety freak, they are extremely hard to deal with and they are not client friendly at all. Beware of www.wtt-shipping.com!!!
