I have a friend that is having a baby shower tomorrow, and I have to leave today for her place. I ordered something from babiesrus online and looked at the shipping options. I thought standard shipping since I still have a week and a half to get it since they say it takes 5-8 days. So I got standard shipping. Is it here in the 5-8 days they said it would be? No. Not only that I have been watching the shipping tracking and it was first in Ohio, the state right next to me (I live in Indiana), and then they sent it all the way out to Missouri. I could have picked it up if I knew they were going to do that. Very sad. Luckily I also made my friend a back-up present. Thank goodness I did. So bottom line, if you have a date you NEED it by and get standard shipping I'd say at least give them 2- 2 1/2 weeks.
