It started i seen a car on the internet i liked, an (impala) a nice family car that fit my budget. I then sent an emailed that night and got a response that morning about the car. I talked to a lady named JENNIFER GUN that i ask if they still had the car and if they did i would like to come see about financing it. Ms GUN put me on hold to see if the car was still available, came back and said "YES" bring id 2 recent pay check stubs and 2light bills. I my wife and 2 kids arrived sometime later in{ not to mention }, 25miles away from
where i live (in north to southside houston traffic). Finally after getting there i was eager to see the car live so me and the fam scouted the parking lot looking for the impala. Soon after glancing all the preowns in the lot there was no impala. I thought someone was either test driving it or had bought it, that would be understandable but NO.in fact, i had spoken to a rep named Dan D. And he informed me that the car had been sent off for repairs since that morning. But oh it gets better!!! He then ask me to fill out some paper work on financing, proceeded by putting money down on a car that i never physically even seen. VERY CUSTOMER 1ST HUH! Worst part is i ask the receptionist to speak with the manager, which was sitting in the window doing nothing. He sent the assistant manager i explained the situation about the car. He said someone was test driving the car (A LIE) but, bottom line i drove 25miles across town to get hasseled when there are several dealerships that surrounds my community that would love to take advantage of my business. Would not recommend anyone david mcdavid nissan ever!
