Unexpected, unjustified tow charges

I recently received an assortment notice from Finex Team, saying I owe from the towing / storage chargeis from the vehicle I offered over this past year. I offered my good vehicle for this child whom didn't publish the launch of liabilty towards the DMV, but I did so. I offered the vehicle "as-is" becuase it required some function to move smog therefore I also provide the statement of purchase. I sent the collection company the backup of launch of responsibility using the statement of purchase plus they are informing me it'snot enough in order for them to quit out of this influencing my credit. This can be a complete fraud since I never received any details about the vehicle I offered being discovered forgotten or did I actually receive observe that there have been a loan positioned on it and incidentally this vehicle I offered has discovered a brand new operator whom bought this automobile from an market and it is along the way of joining it under her title. Could you please inform me just how to start obtaining this solved?
