I recently were on the company visit to San Jose CA and that I hired vehicle from AVis in the airport. I rented it for 2 times. Upon returning the rentalcar, I had been surprised the man who examined the car stated that there's a damage about the bumper (in the lower part) and so I am responsible for it. To begin with, it had been a classic vehicle that was not worth the cost but I had been in a rush to get a conference, and so I didn't create any publicity.
