RN Collision Chop shop auto repair — Andrew Moran is an ultimate SCAM artist!

This guy, Andrew Moran (aka Andy) is the ultimate scam artist. His assistant, Cynthia, is a liar too. She always covers for him.
First, he will show up at the scene of the accident because he's hooked up with someone at the 108 precinct.
He will sell himself by saying that you don't have to pay for anything — not even the deductible. He will take care of everything and get the money from the insurance company directly. Once you give him your car, he will start making lies and excuses about when your car will be ready. When he promises Tuesday and you call Tuesday, he will tell you, "Listen, call me in a few I'll give you a definite..." He'll then tell you to pick up your car tomorrow and to call you tomorrow so he can give you the exact time to come to the shop and pick up the car. This cycle will happen for a month until you start going nuts and cursing at him.
After you bother him for a month and a half, he will also tell you to bring cash to pay the deductible — the deductible he promised you in the beginning you don't have to pay. You will get so frustrated and angry that you will find ways to get back at him.
When I showed up at the shop randomly one day, Cynthia lied and said that my car isn't here b/c it's getting detailed. When I asked her more questions, she called Andy to have him talk to me. He said the car is being sprayed (another lie). When I asked him where the spray shop is, he doesn't give me the address. Lies after lies after lies. Something shady is definitely going on...
