True Black Inc. Don't lose your gift certificate, Lava Lining keeps no records and will hang up on you

I purchased a Lava Lining gift certificate in August for $366. When the certificate was accidently destroyed, Lava Lining was incredibly rude and not able to look up the information to honor the certificate. Upon numerous phone calls, the man rudely answered the phone, suggested I call back in six months (without even taking my name to check for it), then upon further questioning suggested I call back next month, then told me they do not keep any records. When I questioned his changing story he hung up on me. Clearly an unprofessional and poorly managed company.
