Warranty work still not complete

Called the end of January to say the spedominator was at 120 and not working. Was given an appointment for 2/5/10 and was told the part had to be ordered and would take a couple of days. Have still not heard from them and have been driving a 2004 Sierra for 2 weeks without the spedominator working. This is an authorized dealer and when you wait for your truck to be fixed, you should not have to wait for them to order a part. It should be in stock.
