Wrongful repossesion

The vehicle dealer repo'd our 1999 dodge durango from my job after claiming they never received a transaction of 170.00 that we did pay by money order, but i simply recently discovered these people has filed that i took their car, that will be not true. I bought the truck in 09/08 and it has never overlooked not just one payment and held full-coverage insurance. The cost worker had extended calling and harassing our children and calling them liars about me being home although i worked overtime for my job and that i put them on call blocker, since i requested claudia the worker who was doing the cold calling toward my children that i did so not require indication calls about my vehicle notice and that i would appreciate if she'd not call and frighten our kids.in order an effect what she's done is convience the dog owner to claim he didn't receive a 170.00 transaction of the 340 cost that i settled bi-weekly using the next payment being due on 1/9. They eliminated the truck in the dept of veterans affairs on 1/8 i had no formal written notice enjoy it stated within the contract. So i am now attempting to file a civil case with this company for wrongfully repossesion of my vehicle.
