Don't purchase a car using this dealer

Person to person is the greatest ad and method to obtain the term out so listed here is my tale...

In January of the year I bought a 2000 impala from Coastal Wind Ent on 13th road in Grover beach as well as for no auto insurance from May 21 to June 15. They arrived and reclaimed my vehicle. No-where in my own agreement does it mentioned they are able to officially do that... I'd no notice in the dealer till two times once they arrived and acquired the vehicle... The one thing the notice mentioned was to contact them asap simply because they were informed used to do not need insurance plus they might include their very own insurance on. I've spoken to many shops locally and never one of these had heard of such methods from the business and never one attorney has heard of the ethier. Today I'm just one mother-of two kids in the centre of shifting and quit with no vehicle I've set over 5000.00 in to the vehicle currently and might of had it reduced in December. They would like to cost me over 2100.00 to obtain my vehicle back... Cash I don't have and certainly will not develop. I've submitted grievances using the Better Business Institution and also the F.T.C... I also plan to consider the organization to small states. Every other recommendations or suggestions could be greatly appreciated. I've discovered little shops aren't controlled such as the bigger shops to allow them to ostensibly cost whatsoever they need and do whatever they need without getting into difficulty allows interact and never provide them with our company and allow them do that to harmless people thru out our neighborhood. There are many additional grievances using the B.B. B when it comes to their wrongdoings.
