Unpleasant experience

Our mother n father had obtained a trip from delhi (INDIA) to newark, having a connecting journey from newark to cincinnati. They skipped their connecting journey from newark to cincinnati as their delhi to newark trip had attained newark peaceful delayed. It's been two times and these continental men are alloting them evening routes only; which gets cancelled every time. About 5 to 6 flights can be found throughout the day period, but each time they allocate them just the evening routes. The flight hasn't actually supplied any hotel for them. It's extremely deplorable about the airlines component which motion is completely unjustified. It has triggered large amount of trouble to my parents. Continental Airlines must provide choice to lengthy path fliers and learn how to consider the duty and assist their customers greater; atleast for god benefit dnt be so unjust to r clients. This dissuades folks from selecting r flight.
