I called this company after what I thought was an impressive web page, asked my motorcycle dealership about any information. I called the company and was assured that they will pick up the bike with-in 7-10 business days. Asked all the right questions (how, where, central location, time frame) Dec 28 order placed and paid, Dec 30 order process by their statement, Jan 6 came and went bike never picked up. I was told that my paid assigned spot on truck was gone due to the truck full? Do they not know how many bikes fit? Why did i give measurements? I was then told between Jan 11-13, which came and went. This time I was told the truck was running late? Sure not UPS or Fedex here. I demanded to know when my bike would be picked up. Assured without believe that the 15-17 bike would be on it's way.
