Pep boys — mamy, mo and jack sold me product and half was missing-told me tough luck thats the way it came

I bought rear calipers, they came in two boxes. One for the right side and one for the left side. Took them home and my brother started to repair the brakes. He started to put every thing together and dicovered that one box did not have the hardware in it the one box did. Took everything back including the cores and the manager said no problem he would have one the next morning, at that time he refunded my money for the cores and we thought everything was fine. My brother fix the right side and was waiting on the hardward. Meanwhile my car was jacked up in the air. Went the next morning at 12 just like he said. No parts (hard ware. O' he was so sorry that he said they would be there the next morning. He called around 8 am and said the truck would be there at noon. So at noon i call and he said the truck was there, but it would take 2 hours to unload. Waited until 4 pm and my brother and i returned to the pep boys to pick up the hardware. The manager (mike) said that the truck was not unloaded. We would have to wait. Ok we will wait until the 4 th day. We've waited 4 days whats another day. We left the store and drove around to the back and no truck. He had lied to us. We were 2 blocks from the store (5 mins at the most). My daughter called and said mike had called and said that box (calipers) did'nt come with hard ware.

He said it was the suppiers fault. One box comes with hardware and the other does not. Whats wrong with this picture. They hare selling produts that are not all there. I call this a rip off—big time.
