I arranged flights, round-trip, for my boy and myself for that breaks on Allegiant. We flew on 12/18 from Phoenix to Medford Oregon, No issues. The return home was a headache. We were suppose to fly-out of Medford back again to Phoenix-Mesa the night of 11/25 to come back home. We reached the airport, after operating around in the coastline of Oregon. The airport was foggy so that they terminated the trip and we got a resort at our cost for that evening... Excellent Holiday!!! 24 hours later, 11/26, we visit the airport, again the trip is terminated, today before night of 11/27. I stated, that's enough, I've to obtain property and also the Additional airlines were traveling out and in of Medford, simply not Allegiant. I visited their admission table, along side many more. Their brokers recommended we're able to stop our routes on Allegiant and obtain a complete refund within seven days for that Medford to Phoenix knee trip. OK, we all terminated. I expected to get a document path during the time, the broker stated Idid not require something, that we were terminated and that was that. We went to Portland, 5 hour travel, reserved flights on-us atmosphere, invested an additional $700 for these one of the ways routes and got house really late on 11/26. Today seven days pass, no reimbursement from Allegiant. I try contacting, but obtain typical, we're experiencing large call sizes and can't get your phone, numerous occasions. I e-mail today and obtain a resp0nse back that people get no reimbursement, we didn't stop the trip and hard luck. Oh really... I'm requesting anyone who has this same scenario likely to please contact me asap. I intend to document grievances using the state-of Illinois attorney-general, the FAA and other people that'll hear about that rip-off. Mail me anytime lollypup@fastmail.net.

SHAME ON ALLEGIANT AIR. I'll never fly them again and that I have been traveling in it about monthly. Linda
