On Sunday, January, 3rd 2010 within the morning. I visited the Layer gas stop to obtain atmosphere, and push gasoline. I applied the money support in the push.

After I got the generate of its resting-place and place it in my own container, gasoline was treating from the line. Our hands and apparel were soaked with gas; I attempted to push $6 in gas, but recognized that more was flowing from the line than it had been starting my vehicle. After I appeared on the floor, it had been crammed with gasoline from prior utilization. I instantly notified the clerk. The supervisor was behind the table, and delivered his worker to examine. I expected them equally for my cash back. Alternatively, he questioned me to maneuver my vehicle and ripped his up in to the dangerous location. He moved gasoline into their own car, after which arrived and explained he could not provide me my money-back since the gasoline on the floor was not from my car. I showed him the child wipes I used-to cleanup the gasoline from my hands and garments, he explained there is nothing he might do and that I might come inside to clean up within their toilet. I told him I'd contact Layer corporate, which easily or anyone else was smoking they were condemned to get a heartbreaking circumstance.

I'm disappointed he and his supervisor did nothing to resolve this case and chose to display bad customer support and neglect. I went in to the Walmart next door, and handed by about half an hour later and his vehicle was nevertheless in the place, the gasoline wasn't cleaned-up, and also the push was not coated using the out-of company indication.

As a result of this I'll not be considered a customer only at that fuel station again.
