Con artist who prey on people with low income. They talk fast and try to take your cash

Well first off they advertise there business on craigslist.com that should have given me a glimpse of what type of business they were. I was in need of a vehicle to commute to and from school were I am training for a career. My 1988 BMW died and I need a car however my credit is not the best due to the economy forcing me out of my job. I also just had a baby and needed a sedan (4 doors and ample trunk space)
Anyway I searched online for a car after being turned down by regular dealerships.
LA Cars Repo Inc. Appeared on allot of the searches I did for specific cars in my price range. They advertise as being a dealership that had in-house financing for all credit types. The advertisement on craigslist leads u to believe they will help you as long as u have a down payment and a paycheck. I called them up talked to a guy named Chris he gave me the phone number of the finance manager Big Mike who I explained my situation to.
