Scam - cars are very damaged and nicely painted

I agree with the other reports written about shady employees and damaged cars. I was about to buy a 2007 Honda Accord Coupe that was priced below what I was finding elsewhere. When I asked about the price, they said that they buy repos - I assumed they kept their margins low to be competitive, there's isn't much to their location.

We noticed that most of the cars on the lot had wheel rot. When we asked if they were associated with the body shop next door they said "no". Yet I saw the Millenium employee I was working with at the body shop brushing off the cars. I think they take in damaged cars, bond-o them, paint up and try to move them as fast as they can in the lot next door.

Luckily, I took the car to my mechanic before purchasing. He said the car had been hit on all 4 sides and driven so hard with most parts worn that he wouldn't have been surprised if the odometer had been tampered with. He said the body repairs were poorly done but a fresh new paint job had been slapped on top - which wouldn't last.

When I returned the car, he promptly returned my deposit and gave me no hassels whatsoever. He knew it was a scam. I just wish I had my 6 hours of car shopping back.

Don't buy from Millenium. They should be shut down.
