MyHotMercedes.com Took my money and ran with it

In September I purchased a body kit for my Mercedes. It took longer for the delivery than I was told it would take, and if I had not called, it probably would never have been delivered. While the kit was being installed it was discovered that it did not fit and upon further investigation, it was discovered that it wasn't even a kit for a Mercedes... Part of it was for a differente Mercedes, the other was for a Ford Probe. When we notified MyHotMercedes, they wanted pictures... After taking all of the pictures they wanted, over a period of several days, which showed the parts did not fit, that they were for a Ford Probe, a photo of the Box they were shipped in, more photos of the parts after I re-packed them, they finally sent someone to pick up the parts. They have not supplied me with new parts or a refund. I have sent several e-mails and they are all ingnored.
