Ford denies warrenty work

Inver Grove Ford and Honda corporate requested us to cover function which was indentified and protected under our new-car warrenty since our warrenty "had terminated" from the period we could take it in for repairs. We named Honda plus they mentioned that because it was thirty days prior once the unique find day there is nothing they might do... But that people can work a cope with the dealer because they possess some "goodwill" cash for conditions such as this. We'd previously bought 4 vehicles out of this dealer & Ford. Centered on what must have been an easy fix they've dropped a person for a lifetime. Another instance of why the united states automakers have been in difficulty - Horrible customer support.
