My 2011 ford fusion stopped on the side of the road may 18. Called easy cary, my extended waranty, to have car towed to ford dealet for repair. Was very dissatisfied with tje servicegiven by themm, they were veryrude. Finally after two days of tallking to them they finally picked car up on the 20th. Had car towed tomefliin ford in west poin, va. Afterthey found out the problem. Part was ordetef. Sems part had to be made. Ihave been without car since may 18 still no car and no part. Extended warrenty only paid for6days car rental. Medlin ford still has no. Idea when part will get in o by the way when we purchased extended warrenty, at time of car purchase, we were under the impression it was a ford warrenty, have found out this not the case. We are very upset over this whoole experience wwhat can be done to make this experience taken care of by ford car was purchased at sheey fod ashland va.
