On or about 12/4/09 I spoke with John Teraci at Saturn of Hempstead, Hempstead, NY informing him that my 2007 vehicle was due for return on or about 12/21/09. Mr. Teraci asked that I call when I was prepared to return the vehicle. I called on 12/21/09 to arrange to return the vehicle, I was told that Saturn was out of business and that he was unable to accept the car. He suggested that I call any authorized GM dealer. I call Bical Chevrolet in Valley Stream, NY East Hills Chevrolet in Roslyn, NY, Meyer Chevrolet in Middle Village, NY, and a GMC-Buick dealer in Garden City Park, NY. No one was willing to accept the vehicle. I call Saturn Customer service, I spoke with Holly at (866) 790-5600 Ext. 11302 Account # 71-788550071. She in turn connected me with GMAC, Christan Rep # CRGCA663, she call several dealerships with no success. Today I spoke with Marissa Rep # NRR663 at GMAC detailing my problem. I asked GMAC to have a supervisor call me and resolve this. I am at a point that if this issue is not corrected today I am removing the license plates and insurance and will parked the car in my driveway I was prepared to return this car on 12/21/09 and have been unsuccessful in doing so. I will not be responsible for any late charges because GM or GMAC did not accept this vehicle in a timely manner. Stephen LamantiaCatherine Lamantia
