Ordered 2 performance Chips on Thanksgiving evening and cancelled the order the next morning at 12:08am, after finding out that their product was bogus. Two days later I received the parts, and immediately asked for a return authorization #, which took me 5 e-mails to get.
Returned the products on 12/8/09, registered mail, as their instructions requested. The package arrived at the Tarpon Springs post office on 12/11/09. As of 12/28/09 the package is STILL at the post office and has not been picked up yet.
5 e-mails to the company have yet to be answered, since 12/15/09. I have contacted the BBB of Florida and this company has an F rating with them. The phone # I finally found for them has been disconnected. I have also contacted the Attorney General of Florida, and the Department of Justice and Consumers Services, and today 12/28/09, I received a call from the Consumers Services division and an investigator has been assigned to the case.
STAY away from this company!!!
