Ripoff fraudulent ripoff business

I paid $1,173 for this service back in October. I rec'd a letter from attorney's in Newport Beach, CA and Las Vegas, NV dated September. I filled out the paperwork and sent it back. I have not heard a word since & are we ever going to get our money back? I never used the service.
