I took my 2002 XL7 to get brake work done. They told me that I needed a new caliper and with labor it would be 370$. I said no thank you. I thought I heard him say I couldn't take it off the lot but I am unsure. The manager told me he didnt. I bought the parts myself around 160$. My in law came to help me fix it. The caliper wasn't even damaged. Just needed a new pad. Place was a mess and looked like a bunch of druggies worked on the cars. Stay Away
