First Acceptance Corporation run around on payment for medical bills

Last year i had an accident and it took forever to get my claim filed with them, then finally get vehicle in shop and the shop took several weeks to get car fixed because they could never get in contact with adjuster asigned to my claim, someone else came through and then when i finally get my car back i get a letter in mail saying i havent complied by communicating with them and they were denying my claim. Mind you i had left over 15 messages on mathew's voicemail trying to get in contact with him. Me thinking everything was taken care i end up getting a hospital bill that was never covered, i submitted it to mathew in january and i recieved a call from a rep on the 22nd stating they were gonna cover this bill because they missed it. It is now december and there dodgeing paying this medical bill now. And then they say that it was applied to my deductible, that's funny because i paid my deductible before anything was done to my vehicle, i guess this is how they do things and i wonder how many people they get over on, but this is rediculous how this company is still in business with these type of things going on. I have a $765 bill on my credit now that needs to be addressed.
