Usage on my Prius HASN'T been below 50-MPG in 45,000-plus kilometers of operating. Has nosedived to 43 MGP because having Firestone Winner HR tires mounted. The "time" should mean "large decrease" — these would be the TOUGHEST tires I've actually possessed.
Awful damp-street grip as well. Avoid these pets...
