Mark Embry mechanic scam artist, charged 10,600 to install a new motor in vehicle, took 6months to install one month later motor malfunctioned

In April my car had flood damage to its engine, I had the car towed to a repair shop Anchor Auto Collision (, tx.) who agreed to place a new motor in it. My insurance company sent them a check for $10,100, which they cashed by forging my signature. Anchor ended up taking 6 months to install a motor in my car. Three days after the repairs were finally made my car overheated. So I returned the car, it then took them 2 days to tell me that that the radiator had a fualty cap that wasn't sealing properly. Three weeks later my check engine light comes on, the motor is making a loud noise, the car stalls and wont change gears properly. So I return the car yet again, this time I'm told that the flywheel is cracked and that they are going to contact my insurance company to request more money for the repairs. I then take my car to another shop for a second opinion. The second mechanic lowers the transmission to find that the flywheel was grinding against a bolt that had washer that didnt belong there (I was charged 635). The transmission was replaced yet the motor still knocked, and I was recommended to take the car back to anchor so they could honor the warranty on the motor. Its been two weeks since then I have no form of transportation, and Anchor doesnt know whats wrong with the car. I was told that it was a new motor yet it turns out that it was actually a rebuilt engine that costed around four thousand dollors (according to the owner Mark Embry). That would mean that they charged over $ 6,600.00 in labor fees to install a motor that didn't even last 30 days
