Told me I needed a new blower motor and it would cost $245.00 for the repair & it was a lie

Went in to see why the air conditioning blower wasn't working in my vehicle and they told me it would be a $85.00 "electrical diagnostic fee" which would pinpoint where the problem was. They said I had a dead rodent stuck in the fan blower area and the motor was broken and needed to be replaced at a fee of $245.00. The next morning I took my car to a reputable car repair garage and there was no rodent in the blower area, only some debris which had blocked the airflow. My blower motor was not broken and works fine!
These guys are liars, deceptive and a rip off. Please be aware and stay far away from this facility!!
