Merrimack Valley Climate Designs Ripoffs, Thieves, Service Not Performed

Climate Design Systems of Methuen, MA visited my home in
December to perform a winter maintenance service of my
home heating system at a cost of $158 to us. As part of that visit,
we were also looking into subscribing to regular maintenance visits
by this company. Needless to say, now we're not.

Part of their service call was to clean and adjust blower components.
Blower components consist of what? A fan, a motor, and a capacitor.
Opening the blower component two days after their visit to check on a
noisy startup condition (that they had no answer for other than "we'll
clean your blower wheel for an extra $79" but it could make it worse, or
if the motor is bad, we'll replace it for $877" — although the part is
only $125) revealed that NONE of the blower motor components had even
SEEN a vacuum, let alone be cleaned by one.

Needless to say, I stopped credit card payment, took some REAL nice pictures
of my dirty components, and will NEVER go back to those THIEVES! Looking forward
to meeting them in court!!!
