Scam

I was browsing the internet and i came up on a deal with some 24 inch davins for $1000. The best deal i had found all day. I Contacted the guy by a text message and we talked for like 3 days and wen i got the money for the rims i didnt have all the money but it said how much i had was okk. And it was 700.
So he told me too go the the money gram at my local walmart and i did and while he was giving me his information to his credit card holder people i wrote it all down on the walmart blue slip. And i sent the money.
So den the next day i wrote him again and asked did he have a tracking number for the shippment yet and he said yea and gave me the number and told me to give it time to update. And after that i never heard from him again. And i wrote him like very hour on the hour and he never responded. And now im going through a long process too get my money back.
Im only 18 years old and i thought i would never get dunn like this. I was just looking for something nice for my car and i got scammed.
