Walmart credit card fraud text message

I got a text message on my cell phone from 1-866-399-8511 telling me I won a $50.00 gift card from WALMART. I was told to call 1-877-416-0118 to collect, and they would send it to me and would be here in 2-3 days however, I had to give them my personal credit card number to pay for the activation fee of $3.90 before they would send out the card. I told them as soon as i get the card I'll call them with the card number to activate. The supervisor for the company Nathan White employee # 30133 gave me a confirmation code of #120610-23 said they wouldn't send the card until they got my number. I told them not happening. So I gave them a pre-paid Visa card number that had only. 97 cents left on it. They told me they would give me a confimation number and send the card. I got disconnected??? Imagine that??? When I callled them back and they told me they wouldn't accept a pre-paid card. I told them I'd call them back. I then went to Walmart and talked with the manager. He said he knew of no such promotion and if there was they would not ask for an activation fee. Hope this helps... Wipeout this scammer... Good LuckTracy Jordan
