On numerous occasions myself and many of my colleagues have left within the public parking lot possessed by Main Parking Methods at 22nd and Stout in Colorado. On more than 15 occasions the lot clerk ticketed my automobile after I had positioned cost within the cost position. Because no bill is provided, possibly the lot clerk pockets the money and creates a ticket or transmits the cost to Main Parking but still creates a solution.
