Exorbitant parking fine

I left near Raynes Park Stop for under five minutes at 4.15 on the Sunday morning. I tested that used to do not need to pay for; used to do not enroll the truth that parking was banned for the reason that spot-on Sunday afternoons between 4 and 7 pm.

I had been dismayed to get a parking good for £110! (It'll be decreased to £55 easily spend within 14 days). I've requested Merton Authority to think about lowering the good - £110 appears a silly amount of cash to cost for that period of time I had been left there. Their reaction was the parking cost might remain. I'd be thankful, once again, when they might consider lowering it.
