Lied and tried to bully us into signing off on an unauthorized charge for a Diagnostics that was free

I was Promised a free diagnostics and was asked for a hard in terms of holding purpose if I decided to go ahead with the repair I consistently asked for a price which I thought a diagnostic covers and was told it would not be in access of 1000.00 I got a call with a 2300 estimate after that hold was in disguise as a charge... I DO NOT HAVE 2300 to repair my vehicle and have very bad credit, so I was then told to come pick up my car and sign off on the charge for 450 bucks which was just suppose to be a hold for a diagnostic that was suppose to be free... I did a little further investigation and can forward you numerous complaints from consumers form that vary location dealing with MIKE the individual
