Eagle Warranty Strikes AGAIN!

Well, here it is 9 full months since I paid out $1420 to have my car repaired. And to date I have been promised payment over 7 times. Either by someone in accounting, Holly, Tracey (no longer there I am guessing) Nancy, Sandy, some sales rep for the state, and the list goes on. One time my check, "Fell through the cracks", one time "We dropped the ball on that one", one time, "It was mailed, we will have to stop payment and reissue." one time, "We never got the bill", and back to the crack and the dropped ball.
I am coming to terms with the fact that I will more than likely never see any of my money and the $800 paid for the warranty is gone as well. I have called and called and called again. I have been put on hold for over 64 minutes before being transferred to voice mail just this morning. I am sick to my stomach thinking about all the things I could of done with the $ especially since my husband is laid off and Christmas is right around the corner.
I can tell you this, I am calling the CEO, Chuck Yaskulski, over and over and over and over and over again. I am leaving him message after message after message, and perhaps that will get me a response?
I have even gone so far as too look up his home address, easy to do with the internet. And now I will begin to send him demand letters at his home.
Are you screwed like me? We should all start calling Chuck, every minute of every day. 800 735 2529 ext. 2980.
I am digusted, pissed off and still driving a car that isn't running right.
How do we start a class action law suit against this guy? To be honest I think someone will end up shooting his ass before long. Lots of people are in the same boat, some owned thousands of dollars. Chuck better watch over his shoulder.
