Threat report a repo on my credit

On 11/20 i purchased a from almazan kars engine revenue in la. The vehicle cant move the smog check and that I don't have the ability to enroll the vehicle to generate it officially about the roads. Northwest river fiancial in under per week accepted my mortgage that will be good but on 11/30 i went and return the vehicle due to the difficulties with the vehicle to move the smog meaning i don't have the ability to generate it-like that about the roads. I named West lake fiancial plus they explained the icant stop the agreement since i already singed and that I may reduce my deposit and along with that they can display the vehicle like a repo on my credit history... After I just had the vehicle to get a week plus they understand the issues using the vehicle but still don't stop the mortgage for me personally. I paid $1000 bucks having a check that was banked immediately plus they don't give me-any money-back from these $1000 bucks i settled.
