My New 32" Phillip HD Flat Screen TV was missing from the Greyhound Bus Line

On Feb. 9 I went online to get shipping labels from Greyhound GPX to ship boxes to Atlanta GA from Las Vegas, NV. The first boxes was shipped that morning labe order # 179142; tracking # 225095. About 4 days later I received a phone call from gentelman stating my first 8 boxes were there. I shipped 7 boxes later that day order# 164391; tracking # 286760. About another day or 2 I received a call from the same person stating my other boxes were all there. On Feb 19, I went to pick up my boxes and all was there except the Television. I was told by some of the employees that thet saw my box, it was sitting outside under a shed. When going out to find the box it was not there... They search inside and outside but could not find my TV. The box had a picture of TV on the outside of the box. Since they could not find the box they gave me a Claim form to fill out. Later Ms. Barbara Meriweather Call me about the TV... She said she sent the claim form in and give me a phone # that to get service I need to have heard from them and must have a claim #... I had not heard from them so therefore I had no claim #. I called back to the Bus station several times and was told they could not do anything for me... I explained the phone # they give me was not one I could use to find out about my TV that was missing. So I contacted My Kevin at BusFreighter.com and explained the problem to him... He said he had escalated my e-mail to the claims department... I have not heard anything from them since then, that was on April 21. I want my TV replaced, I bought a TV for $50.00 that is losing it's picture. My mother just had her lauggage taken just this last Oct on the Greyhound Bus Line. Something needs to be done about this!
